Tariff Conditions

• Tarrifs effective as of May 1, 2010. Tariff may be subject to change without notice.
• High season tariffs apply to Christmas, January, Easter, and Long Weekends.
• Mid season tariffs apply Friday and Saturday nights.
• Low season tariffs apply Sunday to Thursday nights.
• The listed rates above are based on a two night stay. Minimum stay requirements and single night surcharges apply.
• Cot & Linen Hire $25.00 per stay.
• High Chair $15.00 per stay.
• Boating Facilities: One berth provided per Cottage/Villa, no extra charge.
• Check-in time from 2pm.
• Departure time prior to 10am.
• Conference and catering facilities available.
• Sorry, no pets permitted in McMillans of Metung Resort.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Policy: In the event of your plans being changed, more than 7 days notice will receive a full credit, less a service charge of $25.00. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, full deposit is forfeited.
• Peak Time Cancellations: Cancellations advised more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full credit* less a service charge of $50.00. This credit may be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking (*NO cash refund). Cancellations advised within 14 days of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge of the first nights accommodation, or forfeiture of full deposit if we are unable to re-let for the full period of the booking.
