Rachel and Adrian have worked as a management team for the past 14 years, which included time in Perth, Canada and England. For eight years they held the management rights to the Moorings at Metung. In 2008 they purchased the land holding neighbouring to the Moorings and developed the site into eight 5-star apartments which is named '5 Knots' .

In conjunction with 5 Knots apartments, Rachel and Adrian operate Director Boat Charters in Metung, which has hire boats, Kayaks and a 40ft catamaran used for cruising and functions on the Gippsland Lakes.
